biit certification test out
All those that completed the Online or Live Barre Intensity Interval Training (BIIT) course are eligible to test out. Purchasing a manual alone is not enough to qualify. Read on for details.

Your video submission test out assignment is to coach the Warm-Up, Circuit 1 and Circuit 2 of a BIIT class. Each circuit must contain all 4 Intervals (Elevated Heart Rate, Strength 1, Strength 2, Strength 3) and repeat 3 times as you would do in an actual class. You are not required to submit Circuits 3 and 4. You are welcome to come up with your own choreography or use provided choreography from Barre Now. Video can be of just yourself coaching or can include class participants.

There is a $25 fee to submit your video test out. Test outs are submitted via a URL that will link to YouTube, Dropbox, Google Drive, or another file sharing resource. Scroll to the end of this page to start the video submission process.
Watch a portion of the BIIT 9 class that is made available to all BIIT trainees on Barre Now for an example of what your test out needs to be. You can submit an entire 55 minute BIIT class, but only Warm-Up, Circuit 1 and Circuit 2 will be reviewed.
All videos will be reviewed within seven business days and feedback will be provided via email. Additional fee is required for those that are asked to submit again.
