Training Options
Our Comprehensive Instructor Training can take place over the course of one or two days.
One Day: 10 hours in length/$349 per trainee/10 trainee minimum
Two Day: 14 hours in length (7 hours each day)/$449 per trainee/8 trainee minimum
Comprehensive is the training we recommend most to appeal to the majority of trainees. If you have a group of experienced barre instructors wanting to learn more, or are interested in our interval program (BIIT), please let us know.
