BARRE INTENSITY WORKSHOPS
We welcome all fitness professionals to take part in our Barre Intensity workshops. Continue your education with us and begin applying our choreography and principles immediately.
This online workshop is a combination of recorded footage from a live workshop and web recorded series. By participating in this online workshop, you will broaden your understanding of anatomy and movement, and how they pertain to teaching a safe and effective barre fitness class.
Join us for our Barre Intensity ball choreography workshop where we will share with you 17 short choreography series using the small fitness ball. These series were designed with barre fitness in mind; however, only the four videos in the Thighs section incorporate the barre. This means our workshop can apply to just about any group fitness instructor or personal trainer.
Join Dr. Rachel Miller, Physical Therapist, certified Pilates instructor, and founder of The Pilates PT, to find your CORE! These videos teach proper FORM, helping you learn how to FIND and FEEL the right muscles. Many people are doing the "right" exercises but NOT using the "right" muscles.
Join us for our Barre Intensity loop band choreography workshop where we will share with you 29 short choreography series using the loop band. These series were designed with barre fitness in mind; however, many of our videos do not utilize the barre. This means our workshop can apply to just about any group fitness instructor or personal trainer.
