Cassandra Bizjak

My love for physical fitness started at a young age being involved in all kinds of sports, such as figure skating, track, volleyball, and horseback riding. The past four years is when I really fell in love with fitness classes especially yoga and Barre Intensity, they soon became a way of life for me. I decided to take my personal fitness to the next level by becoming certified in Barre so I can teach classes at my college. There is no better feeling reaching your own goals and it's an even better feeling helping others achieve their own. I believe fitness is important for everyone because it brings positivity and over wellbeing into someone's life.
