Pre & Postnatal group fitness certification test out
All those that completed the Online or Live Barre Intensity Pre & Postnatal Instructor Training course are eligible to test out. Purchasing a manual alone is not enough to qualify. Read on for details.

Record yourself demonstrating three exercises reviewed during the Pre & Postnatal course. You can demonstrate the exercises on yourself or another participant. Video shoot can take place in the setting of your choice (does not have to be in a studio setting). Revisit page 91 of your Pre & Postnatal Manual to refresh yourself on the test out assignment. There is a $25 fee to submit your video test out. Test outs are submitted via a URL that will link to YouTube, Dropbox, Google Drive, or another file sharing resource.

All videos will be reviewed within seven business days and feedback will be provided via email. Additional fee is required for those that are asked to submit again.
