Elyssa Sardy

Elyssa has earned her qualification through Balanced Body University and is a fully certified Balanced Body educator, as well as a Barre Intensity Master Teacher Trainer. Elyssa is honored to have been chosen as a Lululemon Brand Ambassador, being recognized for her energy and work within the community. She continually strives to heighten her understanding and approach to her work by attending continuing education workshops and training seminars.

Our immersive Barre Intensity® instructor training program includes:

Proper body alignment
The importance of music and beat matching
Overview of props
How to motivate clients
Master Class
Basic choreography with variations and modifications
Tips for smooth transitions and cueing techniques
Lecture, partner teaching, group teaching

Barre Intensity® instructor training has been approved for 12 AFAA CEU's, 1.4 ACE CEC's and 14 ACSM CEC's.
