Barre Intensity® instructor training has been approved for 12 AFAA CEU's, 1.4 ACE CEC's and 14 ACSM CEC's.
Nat Puangkaew began her fitness journey in 2004 in Thailand, where she became certified as a Les Mills Body Balance, Body Jam, and Body Step instructor. Since then, she has continuously expanded my knowledge and skills, earning various certifications that demonstrate my commitment to continuous growth. These include being a certified Pilates Suspension Method® Instructor, Balance Body® Mat Pilates Instructor, Shiva Yoga International Teacher, Cosmic Kids Yoga Teacher, and a Catwalk Confidence Instructor certified by the renowned Dr. Emily Splichal.
She has also obtained certifications as a Fit For Birth® Pre-Post Natal Corrective Exercises Specialist, Rehab Fitness Specialist & Corrective Exercise Specialist, ISSA Personal Trainer, DNA-Based Fitness Coach, and Fitness Nutritionist. Additionally, as a recognized Fitness Educator, she has had the privilege of offering ACE-approved certification courses for Pilates Mat, Pre-Post Natal Pilates, and Yoga for Fitness Trainers.
Currently, she is serving as a Barre Intensity® Master Trainer and Training Director for Asia, as well as a Teacher Trainer for Pilates Suspension Method®. These roles have allowed her to sharpen her leadership skills, develop comprehensive training programs, and create a lasting impact on fellow fitness enthusiasts and professionals around the World.
Nat graduated Master of Business Administration Program in Public Relations and Mass Communications and she is currently working as PR & Marketing Consultant and Social Media Community Manager for leading international companies. However, she can’t stop her passion for the fitness industry and wants to share the knowledge with others who have the same passion as her and help them to become successful Barre and Pilates business owners and instructors.
