Pawida started being a freelance instructor in 2006 and continues her education of movement with many programs such as Dance, weight training, Pilates, Yoga and many kinds of sports.
Pawida has a background in Fitness Management with a career in Fitness Consulting. With 13 years of experience in the fitness industry all over Thai, Vietnam, and Myanmar she says Barre Intensity is one of her favorite programs!
