Barre Intensity® instructor training has been approved for 1.3 AFAA/NASM CEUs and 1.4 ACE CEUs.
Registrations less than one week before a training are not guaranteed a hard copy of the manual on the day of training. A PDF manual will be provided, and a hard copy will be shipped at a later date.

Always passionate about dance from a young age; Aya was told her body structure “does not comply.” She took to running and kept dancing to the dance floor. Years later of weight training, fitness and many trials and errors; barre presented itself and it was love at first sight. The perfect blend between fitness, resistance training and the dance factor she was so passionate about.
