Travel & Cancellation Policy
If you plan to travel from out of state or internationally to attend a Barre Intensity training, please ensure that your travel arrangements are flexible or refundable. Barre Intensity is not responsible for any travel-related expenses, including but not limited to flights, accommodations, or transportation.
While we strive to hold all scheduled trainings as planned, Barre Intensity reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training with a minimum of one to two weeks’ notice. By registering, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your travel arrangements and any associated risks.


Lauren Shaffer was first introduced to the world of group fitness at Eastern Illinois University in 2004 during her sophomore year. Soon after she was a regular at classes, the University held auditions to teach and her passion started to unfold. In 2005, she became certified with Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
