Barre Intensity® instructor training has been approved for 12 AFAA CEU's, 1.4 ACE CEC's and 14 ACSM CEC's.
This will be a small group live online instructor training conducted through Zoom with Master Trainer, Jessica Silva. Computer and reliable internet are required in order to take this course. We are capping this course at 12 participants in order to allow for direct virtual feedback and Q&A. The Zoom link and information will be sent to you after registration.

I’m Yessica, a Barre Intensity instructor and Máster trainer for 7 years now and a fitness, Pilates and Personal Training instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience and lifelong love of movement. I grew up practicing ballet and jazz, and those early years shaped the way I move, teach, and connect with my body. The grace, rhythm, and discipline I learned as a young girl are still present in everything I do. I started my fitness journey since my 20’s in Mexico City then I moved to live to Arizona, USA.
