WHAT TO EXPECT

Because of your experience in group fitness already, you'll absorb the most from our trainings. More than likely you'll come already knowing alignment, how to put together a playlist and even some of the baseline choreography we present.  You'll leave with the understanding of what makes barre, in particular Barre Intensity, truly different from other genres of fitness. Class programming will be another big takeaway as we hammer home our class outline and how to layer & build our low impact exercises to truly make this a workout for all fitness levels.

PRACTICE TIME

Expect about 3-6 weeks of practice time before introducing this class to your regulars. If you love creating your own choreography, fantastic! You're welcome to do so. If you're hoping for more turnkey choreography, because really who has time to prep another class, we've got you covered. With Barre Now you'll find an easy way to gain instant access to current class videos, written choreography and trending music. We all should have that "little black dress" as a staple in our closets and Barre Intensity should become that "little black dress" in your fitness armoire!

WHAT TO EXPECT

You may know most of what we present but we promise you this, our trainings will give you those "aha" moments you may have been in need of finding! Learning those precious nuggets of information that you can implement into your classrooms the next day are part of what makes our trainings even better for the most experienced!

Two of the main things we teach in a Barre Intensity training focus on: transitions and flow and how to layer and build within a barre class. We help you bring the intensity into your barre class if you're looking for more of a challenge and we help you build on to those combinations that maybe needed an extra umph you've been hoping to give to your clients!

PRACTICE TIME

You'll begin implementing what you've learned the very next class and have your clients saying "that was the best class you've taught yet"! Who doesn't love hearing that?!
