Thomas Vogel

I'm half Thai and half Swiss and born in Bangkok. I started out as a member in California at Wow Fitness and then became a fitness instuctor in 2010. I have a Les Mills background teaching RPM, Body combat, Body pump, Grit, Body balance, Sh'bam, and Body Step. I currently teach as a freelance instructor around and outside Bangkok. I've been trained in Mat Pilates, Strong by Zumba and Yoga in Nepal. A fun fact about me is I'm also a black belt Karate Sensei at Shinga Dojo and hold a gold medal from the Zendokai Karate Contest in 2016. I also teach Muay Thai. In the future I'd like to train in Taichi in China.

I heard about Barre intensity coming to Bangkok in 2019 and was hesitant at first to give it a try. After I particpated in the training I found out that everyone can do this, you can burn a lot of calories and have fun at the same time! I really love this program. A lot of my clients love it too and continue to ask me to teach more of it!
