" Alway be a work in Progress", Alma started her journey in fitness way back 2010 through Yoga with the goal of losing weight and to help her in her pole dancing and stress at work. Soon after she found Bikram Yoga aka Hot 26 and fell in love with the practice.
In 2015 Alma did her 200 hours Yoga Training It didn't stop from there she continued with Dharma Wheel Yoga (2016) Kids yoga ( 2016) Intermediate to Advance Hot Yoga (2107) Yin Yoga (2019) Mat I Pilates (2020) and Barre Belle (2020).
Barre journey began 2019 accidentally need a cover for a teacher for a YoBarre ( fusion class of yoga and barre ) with my dance back ground and yoga, she did run the class and she enjoyed it so much and she decided to go for a training and found Barre Intensity.
Fast forward she took Essential Comprehensive until Master Training Certification Alma is now the Master Trainer for Singapore and Philippines she is also a Registered Nutritionist Dietitian and a Chef focus on Special Dietary Healthy Meals. Alma also is certified in Mat PilatesII and Reformer Pilates.
