Heather Bizzarro

Heather's fitness career journey started when she was a police officer in St. Louis City, and she began helping her fellow officers on their path to healthier living. After realizing her love for movement and gifts were in encouraging others, she followed her family to Las Vegas where she became a certified personal trainer in 2001. 2 years later she added certified yoga instructor to that and has been teaching yoga regularly ever since. She and her husband moved to Ozark, MO in 2014 to be closer to family. There she rekindled her enthusiasm for strength and cardio conditioning, becoming a certified group fitness instructor in 2018. Her most recent fitness love is barre, which allows her to use her creative gifts in choreographing classes. Heather became Barre Intensity certified in 2020. Heather has a passion for teaching fitness and wants everyone from beginner to advanced to feel comfortable and welcome in her classes. She believes movement is a way of taking care of, and giving thanks for the miraculous gifts we've been given, our bodies! Heather currently teaches yoga, cardio/strength classes, and Barre Intensity at S.W.E.T Hot Yoga and Fitness in Springfield, MO.
