Teacher and director of Next Step Dance Studio in Esparza, Puntarenas. It all began with a childhood dream that has been growing for several years, becoming a part of the dance of many dancers. I have experience teaching different dance styles, I am a choreographer, and I train dancers for national and international competitions, earning important recognition. I work with young children and older adults. I am the director of the dance group of the Esparza Municipal Band. Thanks to dance, I have worked with various institutions and am happy to share my dance.

Passionate about conscious movement and wellness, I found in Barre a transformative discipline that combines strength, grace, and resilience. My mission is to inspire my students to discover their full physical and mental potential through the art of movement.
