I hold a BSc in Business and Economics and am a Nutritional Therapist as well as a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I’ve been passionate about movement from a very young age, beginning with running, tennis, and swimming, and eventually finding my way into yoga, Pilates, ballet, and flamenco—practices that continue to shape and inspire my teaching today.
I bring a balanced and mindful approach to movement, blending strength, grace, and intention in every class. I am happily married and a proud mother to a beautiful baby girl.
