I began my journey in the fitness industry after leaving my career as a flight attendant with one of Indonesia’s airlines in 2015. I have a strong passion for movement, particularly yoga, which I have practiced consistently as part of my daily routine. In October 2018, I completed my Yoga Wheel certification in Jakarta.
As my fitness journey developed, I expanded my practice into Pound Fit. In March 2019, I earned my Pound Pro certification in Singapore, followed by Leveled Up and Unplugged certifications in May 2024.
After discovering Barre Intensity through social media, I became deeply interested in the method as it closely aligns with yoga, dance, and Pilates—disciplines that I regularly incorporate into my personal training practice. In April 2025, I completed my Barre Intensity training in Jakarta under the guidance of Sary, Indonesia’s Barre Intensity Master Trainer.
For me, exercise is not merely a profession, but a lifelong passion and a fundamental need of the body. I believe in building strength by training both small and large muscle groups to support mobility, functional movement, and overall well-being. I emphasize moving safely, using muscles according to their function, listening to the body’s capabilities, and encouraging optimal activation to support a healthy heart and an active lifestyle.
