From the moment I took my first barre class, I was hooked! Since then, it’s become a major part of my life, not just in how it makes me feel, but through the amazing community it’s helped me build. I’m now fortunate enough to have my own studio, Elevate 228, in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, with my best friend. I’m so excited to be part of the Barre Intensity family and to keep sharing the energy and strength that barre brings to every class!
