Valeria has been involved in the world of dance since she was a child. She began her training in ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance at Ballet Magnificat, disciplines that awakened in her a deep passion for the art of dance and shaped her into a disciplined, passionate, and empathetic person. With over 15 years of experience as a dancer, she has participated in various training programs in the United States, which enriched her technique and artistic vision. Over time, she discovered that teaching was a way to share that knowledge, teaching ballet and jazz classes to groups of children from 3 years old to teens and adults. Creative and curious by nature, she has always sought to explore new forms of movement. In 2020, during the pandemic, she discovered barre , a discipline that allowed her to strengthen her body in a different way and complement her training as a dancer. In 2025 she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Advertising and, that same year, obtained her certification as a Barre Intensity instructor. Today, she enjoys teaching classes to people of all ages, with the hope that each student feels challenged, empowered, and motivated, but also finds in each session a space to enjoy, grow, and disconnect from everyday worries.
