In addition to being a Barre instructor, I am a physical therapist, Health Coach, and Pilates instructor.
My approach combines conscious training with education in healthy habits and lifestyle, so that each person achieves sustainable changes in their body and overall well-being. I design each session with a clear objective and tailored to the needs of each patient or client.
In my classes, I am characterized by my attention to detail and my constant pursuit of creating movement experiences that not only strengthen the body but also inspire and transform the way we live.
