Cintia’s foundation in movement began with classical ballet training in Mexico. She trained under distinguished masters from the Cuban School of Ballet. This rigorous background shaped her deep understanding of body mechanics, precision, and artistry.

She began her Barre Intensity® training in 2020 and officially earned her Certified Instructor credential in 2026. Cintia offers sessions in studios in Costa Rica, private and online sessions. She leads dynamic, music-driven classes focused on inclusivity, intelligent modifications, and hands-on guidance.

Beyond the mat, Cintia balances her artistic side with flamenco dancing and a professional career in business consulting, proving that structure and creativity can coexist perfectly.
