My journey into fitness began with a commitment to becoming more conscious of my habits and overall well-being. I started with strength training, building discipline and body awareness before exploring practices like Pilates and yoga, and eventually discovering barre — a method that challenged and inspired me while helping me reconnect with myself.
With a background in Logistics Engineering, I bring a structured, intentional approach that emphasizes proper technique, safety, and mindful progression. Creating a safe and welcoming space is at the heart of my teaching, and I’m passionate about helping people move with confidence while feeling supported every step of the way. My goal is for every student to leave class feeling strong, capable, and proud of what their body can do.
