I have over a decade of hands on bodywork experience and have seen what years of negative movement patterns can do to the body. My approach to fitness is first and foremost to get into the body with the mind body connection using very intentional movements targeting specific muscles and cueing to maintain good form. I like to target small muscles that aren't often used to help posture and create more balance in the body. My hope in facilitating barre classes is to provide a manageable challenge that one can work towards or scale down depending on their need that day. Ideally I want you to work up a sweat and let out some steam with a healthy outlet!
