Francessa C.P. Rachmawati

Francessa C.P. Rachmawati is a Barre and Pilates instructor based in Bali, Indonesia, with a passion for movement, wellness, and helping others feel stronger and more confident in their bodies. Her journey in movement began through Pilates and continued to grow as she discovered her love for Barre. She completed her Barre Intensity Instructor Training in Bali, Indonesia (Approved Course Number: ACE.CEP82464 | AFAA #10.504) and currently teaches Barre at her own studio, Pi Pilates, UTUH Pilates, as well as at several studios across Bali.

Francessa’s Pilates education includes comprehensive STOTT PILATES® | Merrithew® training in Functional Anatomy, Intensive Mat Pilates, Intensive Reformer, and Intensive Chair, Cadillac & Barrels (ICCB), along with continuing education in Athletic Conditioning, Jumpboard/Cardio-Tramp Interval Training, Reformer Workout for Men, Post-Natal Pilates, and Prenatal Pilates. Her background also includes a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Management, as well as additional certifications in Hypnotism and Hypnotherapy.

As an instructor, Francessa believes that fitness should be both challenging and enjoyable. She loves creating an environment where clients feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. Her teaching is rooted in mindful movement, attention to form, and the belief that every body deserves to be understood and celebrated.

Today, Francessa continues to teach and learn in Bali, sharing her passion for Barre and Pilates with her community. She believes that movement is not about becoming someone else, it is about becoming more connected to yourself
