Laura Ríos Viloria

Movement, sport, and exercise have always been a part of my life. From a very young age, I explored different sports disciplines and had the opportunity to compete as a registered athlete.

Born in Venezuela, migration transformed my path and led me to discover that movement is much more than performance or competition. It became a tool for adapting, rebuilding myself, and finding balance amidst change.

That's why today I dedicate my life to caring for the body and mind, sharing a discipline that invites us to nourish ourselves through movement. Because I believe that every practice is an opportunity to connect with ourselves, cultivate well-being, and discover our best selves.
