Amy is a dancer and choreographer in her second year of the Dance Master of Fine Arts program at the University of Michigan. She enjoys running and yoga in addition to Barre Intensity and Dance. Amy's enthusiasm for fitness reaches back to her early teens when she discovered long-distance running and heavy weight lifting. Even though her activities have changed over the years, Amy has maintained an interest in physical fitness. This has grown from a personal pursuit to something that can be shared in fitness classes.
Amy has taught Zumba Fitness, Barre fitness, Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Hip-Hop, and Pole Dancing. She currently teaches Barre Intensity and Pole Fitness at Vie Fitness and Spa and teaches Jazz and Ballet in the Dance Department at U of M.
