Sarah has been focused on physical fitness her whole life. She discovered yoga at 18 and shortly after began her teacher training at Ashtanga Power yoga where she completed her 200 hour certification. She enjoys teaching power flow and vinyasa. A few years later she was certified ITT mat Pilates where she taught for almost 10 years a Yoga Pilates fusion class. After adding a handful of children to her brood, she found pilates reformer and barre practice. She fell in love. She has been certified in both Balanced Body Barre and Bodhi as well as comprehensive Pilates apparatus certification from Pilates Sports Center and Barre Intensity training.
