Jessica Rodgers

Jessica's fitness journey began over ten years ago when she decided to join some friends for her first group fitness class. She immediately fell in love with the community and the positive energy that being in a group setting creates and knew that she wanted to be a part of that. After several months of taking classes, Jessica was encouraged to try teaching and soon after received my ACE Group Fitness Instructor certification.

Over the years, Jessica also become a certified personal trainer and a Master Trainer with Barre Intensity. She also holds multiple specialty certifications and has extensive experience working as a Fitness Manager at several private health clubs.

Jessica's philosophy has always been that fitness should be fun AND functional and her passion is educating both participants and instructors on how to move safely and effectively.
