A longtime health and fitness enthusiast, Jami has been studying and teaching Pilates since 2002. Jami spent the first eight years of her career, as a valued Pilates instructor at several studios in the Palm Beach, Florida area. She has worked with healthy bodies as well as with clients who suffered from chronic conditions and injuries. In late 2006, she took her first Barre class from a fellow Pilates Instructor and was hooked! That was at Pulse Pilates Studio, in Boca Raton, Florida where she was the Studio Director, Master Instructor and Educator. In early 2007 she began teaching Barre at Pulse Pilates and was certified in what was at the time an up and coming Barre method. Jami is also certified through All-American Pilates and Pulse Pilates. She also has received extensive training through Power Pilates and has attended numerous workshops led by top Pilates trainers in the industry.
Currently living in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho with my husband, two kids and two dogs. I found Barre back in 2012 when I was searching for an alternative to physical therapy. The classes had me instantly hooked and after a couple years, I knew that becoming an instructor was something that I wanted to pursue, and in 2014 received my first Barre instructor certification and began teaching at a local studio in town.
Natalie is a lifelong fitness and dance enthusiast whose passion for barre began when she tried a class on a whim many years ago. Not long after, Natalie realized she had found her true fitness niche and she began the process of becoming a certified barre instructor. Her favorite part of instructing is building relationships with her clients while helping them meet their fitness goals. After teaching barre for three years, she continued her fitness journey by becoming a Beachbody Piyo instructor and receiving her Group Exercise Certification through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America. Natalie’s barre experience has included residency for multiple years at three local studios, as well as teaching barre workshops at a large gym and health club.
