Adrienne grew up in Toronto, Canada. After graduating University with a Bachelor's Degree, she moved to Switzerland where her roots are. Adrienne is a Certified Lagree Fitness Instructor & Certified Barre Intensity Instructor. Her routines target FULL-BODY: core, quads, glutes & hamstrings - she never skips a muscle! Adrienne aims to help you achieve your goals whether it's to get toned, build muscle, lose weight, or just feel how awesome you are - to see results she will work with you to be stronger than ever !

In 2011, Natalie bought a Groupon for a local barre class on a whim. After one class, she was hooked. After taking classes consistently for a year, she was asked to get certified and jumped at the opportunity. As a former Kindergarten teacher, she had a passion for teaching. In 2012, she became a BarreAmped instructor and found her true fitness niche. After becoming certified, she taught studio classes for six years.

Tabitha Palkewicz

Tabitha began dancing at the age of three and continued through my adulthood. She has danced in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and acrobatics. She journeyed into the fitness world a few years back certifying through BootyBarre then completed training with Balanced body Barre. Tabitha began teaching barre classes in a small studio and found her love for Pilates and decided to become certified in Mat Pilates. She has also completed a certification for Group Fitness through AFAA as well as an Ariel Yoga teacher training in 2019. She currently works for one of the best fitness places, and after her manager mentioned Barre Intensity, she was hooked. She completed her training with Barre Intensity in March 2019 and passed her certification in November 2018. She truly has a love for Barre Intensity. Tabitha currently resides in Maryland with a loving husband of 19 years and their son. Besides teaching she is a nail technician, lover of golden retrievers and obsessed with sloths.
