Kayla Hartson

Kayla's passion for barre and group fitness all started with her passion for dance. She grew up dancing on a competitive dance team in Peoria, Arizona and went on to be a part of the Arizona State University Dancing Devils throughout her college years. She was first introduced to barre in high school and fell in love with it because it is the perfect combination of dance and fitness. Throughout college, she taught cycle and yoga classes at the ASU fitness complex and completed her barre instructor training. She has her ACE Personal Training Certification and is currently teaching barre classes at the YMCA in Scottsdale, Arizona.

In addition to teaching classes, Kayla is earning her master's degree in Exercise and Wellness at ASU. Once she completes her degree, she hopes to travel and continue to pursue her passion for fitness and inspire people to live healthy lifestyles. She is so excited to represent Barre Intensity and use it to help people reach their goals and find their passion for fitness!
