Always passionate about dance from a young age; Aya was told her body structure “does not comply.” She took to running and kept dancing to the dance floor. Years later of weight training, fitness and many trials and errors; barre presented itself and it was love at first sight. The perfect blend between fitness, resistance training and the dance factor she was so passionate about. To ensure the best form and right foundation, Pilates comes first, and quickly she become both a Pilates mat and a barre certified instructor.
