A computer or compatible device with a reliable high-speed internet connection is required to participate. Because this is a live broadcast from our in-person training in Munich, participants should plan to be available for the full training hours in Central European Time (CET).

Proper body alignment and body positions
Structured class format and programming
Music and beat matching
Class choreography with variations and modifications
Intensity options for exercises
Smooth transitions and effective cueing techniques

Barre Intensity® Comprehensive Instructor Training is approved for 1.4 ACE CECs and 1.3 AFAA/NASM CEUs.

Instructor Manual:
Livestream registration includes a digital PDF Comprehensive Instructor Manual only. A printed/physical manual will NOT be provided or shipped. You may download the PDF and use it digitally or print a copy at your own expense prior to training.
PLEASE NOTE: This registration is for LIVE STREAM attendance only. A physical instructor manual is NOT included or shipped. All livestream participants will receive a downloadable PDF version of the Comprehensive Instructor Manual.

Mica started her career in the fitness industry at the age of 16. She was an athlete growing up and group fitness was just another way to keep her moving. She fell in love with group fitness as a participant and then received her first certification so she could be an intern instructor. She quickly learned the amount of outside work and practice that went in to teaching classes but also learned that the reward was worth it. Making a positive impact on the lives of participants filled her heart with joy.
