From a very young age, I've explored all kinds of disciplines in search of what truly inspires me. Movement has always been my way of connecting with myself, and in barre, I discovered much more than just an incredible workout. For me, each class is 55 minutes of letting go, disconnecting from the outside world, dancing, singing, and simply enjoying myself, while we become stronger, more resilient, and continue to grow.
As an instructor, my main goal is to share what movement makes me feel: well-being, energy, presence, and the possibility of building a more fulfilling life in the long run. I want to create a safe space where everyone can feel welcome, even on those days when it's hardest to get up and go to class.
I hope this path continues to lead me to discover new disciplines that I'm passionate about, that fulfill me, and that make me happy. And if I can share that with even just one person, I'll know I'm achieving my goal.
