Hello! My name is Lita and I'm from Balikpapan, East Borneo. I'm a sports enthusiast and a full-time office worker, but at the end of the day (from 5-9 pm), I become an Instructor. I've been a Poundfit Instructor since taking the training in July 2023, and currently teach at a boutique gym and occasionally lead events.
