Hello! My name is Meiga Res:an: from Bogor, Indonesia. I’m a sports enthusiast, a full-time office worker, and on weekends, I become a Barre instructor! Once upon a time, I struggled with obesity. But I dedicated an entire year of my life to turning things around by living a healthier lifestyle—starting with fixing my eating habits and committing to regular exercise. I tried all kinds of workouts: cardio, HIIT, LIIT, yoga, and pilates. Then one day, I discovered Barre—and that was a turning point for me. I practiced it consistently, and it completely transformed my body! I became firmer, stronger, and finally reached my ideal weight. Because Barre made such a positive impact on my life, I felt called to share its benefits with others, especially those who are fighting for their health or, like me, are working to overcome obesity. That’s when I decided to take a Barre training course so I could help more people around me. In November 2024, I joined the Barre Intensity training in Jakarta. Now, I proudly teach Barre every weekend at Q Square Lifestyle Park in Bogor! Sometimes I also host pop-up Barre classes at local cafés around the city. The response has been amazing—more and more people are joining, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s such a joy to see my dream coming true: helping others improve their quality of life through Barre!
