Maddy’s fitness journey began at a very young age through her lifelong love of dance. Growing up as a competitive dancer, she trained for years in the traditional Cecchetti Ballet method, along with other styles that instilled discipline, strength, and a deep appreciation for movement. Her very first job was teaching dance classes to kids at the studio she grew up in, where she discovered her love for group fitness and guiding others through movement and expression. After stepping away from exercise for a few years, Maddy rediscovered her passion in 2024 when she began her Pilates journey. Pilates gave her a renewed sense of strength, belonging, and excitement for movement. From there, bridging into barre felt natural - its connection to dance and the way it blends music with movement reignited her creativity and passion.
Today, Maddy channels her background in dance and her love for fitness into her barre classes, creating an uplifting environment where clients feel strong, confident, and inspired.
