Barbara Sanchez Kirchner

From an early age, I’ve explored all kinds of movement—CrossFit, strength training, indoor cycling, yoga, mat and Reformer Pilates, and even tennis. Each discipline taught me something unique, but when I discovered barre, it quickly became my favorite. It helps me feel strong, aligned, and deeply connected to my body in a way that’s both energizing and grounding. I love how it brings together posture, mobility, and mindfulness in one practice. For me, movement isn’t just about fitness, it’s the key to living a high-quality life. As a quote I love says, “movimiento es vida”—“movement is life.”
