I am a professional administrator, and movement has always been an essential part of who I am. For five years I practiced ballet and jazz, an experience that profoundly shaped my connection with the body, discipline, and expression. Throughout my life, exercise and movement have been a constant, not only as a habit, but as a way to achieve balance and well-being. Today, barre represents that space of reconnection for me: a moment to return to myself, strengthen myself, and find harmony between mind and body. My goal as an instructor is to share this passion with others, to guide them to connect with their body, mind and soul, and to accompany them in the process of learning to love themselves through movement.
