I've always felt a very special connection to movement. Although I'm an economist by training and worked for six years in the corporate world, my life took a major turn when I was diagnosed with celiac disease. That moment marked a turning point. I began to focus deeply on my well-being, my health, and longevity, seeking ways to train that would care for my body from a conscious and sustainable perspective. It was during this process that I discovered Barre Intensity, a discipline that perfectly aligned with what I was looking for: intensity, control, and strength, without impact. What began as a personal journey transformed into a passion. Today, my purpose is to share with others all the tools that have helped me feel better. I am passionate about teaching, connecting with, and supporting others in discovering their strength, confidence, and well-being. I am the founder of 23 Wellness Social Club in Costa Rica, a space created to integrate movement, recovery, and community. Being part of Barre Intensity and being able to share this practice is something that truly fulfills me and makes me deeply happy.
